Only butcher that I've ever been to that has a queue from morning to afternoon. Well worth the wait though

Only 16 butchers in London hold a QSM (Quality Standard Meat rating) and William Rose is one of them. Go here and get sirloin steaks on the bone and award-winning sausages that are made on site. Read more

While the quality of the meat is excellent (with prices to match), the queues are a bit silly. There is another branch (on East Dulwich Grove) without the wait.

The black pudding here is the bomb. Great with the scallops from Moxons over the road.
