Taking a ride on the ferris wheel at night let's you see beautiful Vienna from above. Totally worth the long-ish ticket lines and the €9 fee.

I would suggest going by day as by night, at least when I went, there was nothing to be seen. I think this could be an alternative to the St. Stephens Cathedral, but I would suggest the cathedral

Iconic place in Vienna. The wheel was created July 3rd, 1897. This is the oldest wheel in the world.

If u afraid to be wet-its not your place))its a joke.Very interesting for all family place. Prices are ok:4-10 euro i think. Music, animation. No wi-fi and cards. Only cash,but there is ATM machine.

Place felt like a deserted wasteland in the middle of winter. Probably has more life in the peak season but from my experience, January is not the best time to visit.

One ride is just one loop, but it stops for a long time to load/unload each cabin, so overall the ride is rather long.

It was the worst experience that we had in Vienna. Mediocre view, quite expensive. If you want to enjoy the city from above, go to the Le Loft cafe-bar. AVOID
