Come early to get parking nearer to zoo. Wonderfully thought out zoo, no matter how small it is. Bring a picnic, food selection is poor and pricy. Buy the year pass if you have a pre-schooler.

If you have kids buy annual pass- it pays for itself once you have gone twice & means you don't have to drag the kids around if they are not having a good day & can come and go as you please.

Love this zoo, the hills can be a mission. Staff are friendly, wild theatre is a highlight

Must visit 'The Nest'. It's a vet clinic you can see into. If you're lucky they'll be vetting something exotic.

Get to feed the giraffe! It is a really great experience. Great place for private events!

With the upgrades to the Zoo it just keeps getting better. Sun bears are the star attraction.
