Adrienne YaoDecember 29, 2013Great hotel and everything but I left a box of chocolates (closed) to snack on throughout the week and by the fourth night there were ants in it! In December! On the 12th floor! That was scary.
The Swan is the best bang for your buck at Disney. It's walking distance to two parks, gorgeous, all whole being half the price of the other disney owned deluxe resorts.

Adam MoreOctober 14, 2017Much better than it's sister hotel the Dolphin, but doesn't reflect the quality I have come to expect from a Westin property. Beds are definitely not Westin Heavenly beds, feels more like a Sheraton.
Great Sheraton/Starwood property. Nice comfy beds & spacious rooms make this a good choice for groups & families.- Great Westin property. Recent upgrades to the bath amenities are nice and brand consistent.

Like most places around this area, food and beverages are over-priced. Bring your own snacks and drinks, if you can.
Brian PMay 21, 2016Very nice & extremely over priced. $200+ for the room add a $25 resort fee, which gets you nothing, and $18 for parking just to insult you.
SPG Platinum members get the resort fee waived. Make sure you are not charged if this applies to you! :-)
Go to the Garden Grove Restaurant. They have characters every night and weekend mornings.
