Farallón restaurant has the most amazing view. Enjoy it under a full moon. The food is among the best I've had ever. The hotel is beautiful is the staff is so attentive.

Break for a dinner at Don Manuel’s, located inside Capella. Dishes like antojitos (Mexican-style tapas) and beef tenderloin with glazed plums and chocolate sauce are served on hand-painted dishes.

Outstanding staff. Superb location near town but feels like worlds away from the hubbub. Entrance to hotel through mountain tunnel is cool and dramatic in a James Bond way

All the ceviches are wonderful. The palomas are the best! If you go into town on a Friday or Saturday night try the car upstairs at Las Quesadillas, salsa dancing til the wee hours!
