Great Hotel with amazing sunsetviews. Pool can get busy during high season, so either get down there early to get a chair or rent a cabana for $50/day which includes 2 drinks.
Pricy during the summer but oh so worth it! The staff was pleasant but you just have to know where to find them. Get a room with an ocean view so you can feel the breeze and watch the sunsets.
Breakfast at the hotel bar (near the pool) had $3 mimosa before 11 am. After breakfast, order a double and have them put it in a cup and take it to the pool!
Totally worth it to do whales and cocktails. Go on aloha Friday because it's less expensive. We saw several whales breaching and got to drink Mai Tais.
Edging the western coast of the Big Island of Hawaii, Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa is near pristine beaches, two championship golf courses, Waimea, Kailua, Kings' and Queens' shops and a variety of noteworthy destinations in the Kona District.
