Joe BrolgsAugust 5, 2015A bit of a secret this one for a roof top bar with close up views of the Empire State. Take the lift in the hotel to the top floor. The hotel is in K-town, so you'll feel relatively calm and at home.

Just hit the top floor on the elevator, and then BAM rooftop bar.

Jen MartinMay 8, 2013DO NOT GO HERE! This place is dingy and dirty and the one bathroom is filthy. Drinks aren't cheap and the staff is rude and nasty. Lame view as well. Go to the Metro on w 35th St, it's way better.
