John Reyes: Be prepared to wait about 30mins or so for your order. It's well worth it when you try it tho. You can wait at the kafe and order a minuman while you wait & they'll serve your order of Char Koay Teow!
Casi Gerber: Lean Joo Sean sets up outside to make Char koay teow (stir-fried rice noodles). A plate costs 3.40. The fried noodles are prepared w/ a secret recipe that includes fresh mantis prawns -trvlchnl

Daniel Kee: Hawker cuisine's last great secret. For years it's been an unidentified stall parked under someone's zinc porch. Add pork ribs, lor & garlic paste for the ultimate expression of Penang Hokkien Mee.

jwön: Great tasting laksa, and for only Rm3.50/bowl! Try the Siam Laksa for a curry-tasting laksa, without the santan. For those looking for something different, this is a must-try!
Daniel Tay: An awesome venue. Wine bar and restaurant. It's a stylish chic lil quiet joint tucked away along a quiet street of penang. Not bad prices as well and a friendly bar tender. What more can u ask for ?
9VSKA: Excellent Hokkien Mee, but one needs to come early to beat the queue. Look for the lady with the notepad (she keeps everything running like clockwork!)

mr nobody: The Hokkien Mee here has grown in fame over the last 5 years, thanks to the internet. However they've managed to maintain the taste, so go while it lasts. - 6/4/14
See Lok Ng: Their version is more to assorted meat balls. Soup taste pretty good. They sell chickens on a plate too. Avoid weekends as hordes of people will swarm this place. The owner is a nice auntie.
