Game over. Best burger I've ever had. Better than Burger Joint, Corner Bistro, JG Melon, even Luger's, which comes closest. And it's from Western Springs, Illinois.

Paul Virant's cooking has become a lot more exciting since the last time I've been here, and the portions have increased. The pork belly dish I got was so, so good.

Vie really makes everything, from its bread to its pickles & preserves! It just goes to show you that CIA grads -- including Chef/Owner Paul Virant -- really learn how to get around in the kitchen!

Came here during Chicago chef week. Really nice, quiet ambiance. Great service and definitely a neighborhood gem! The place is so randomly placed by a train station though?

They burn kerosine on each table, for candles. It is so much, this place reeks of kerosine. It is a health hazard.

Sunday suppers are a time for families to come together. Have a large brood? Children under 11 pay their age. - Inspector
