Korean Restaurant · Northeast Ann Arbor · 10 tips and reviews
Edward Vielmetti: We seated 8 but had to send 4 more next door because we ran out of room. Busy at lunch time, get there early with a good RSVP list to save enough space. Delicious food.
Korean Restaurant · Downtown Ann Arbor · 13 tips and reviews
Edward Vielmetti: The first a2b3 ever was at Kang's, seating 4. If you got there early you could probably save 6 seats, but it's a busy and popular lunch spot and impossibly tiny for that. Delicious food.
Edward Vielmetti: Seats 8 easily, but we had 13, and that was too many for the space. Unusual combination of diner and Korean food meant that no one went hungry. Busy for lunch so get there early to reserve the spot.
Mediterranean Restaurant · Northeast Ann Arbor · 8 tips and reviews
Edward Vielmetti: Good food. Service was very difficult for an party of 10. I'd come back again for the food by myself or with one other person, but I won't try to seat a crowd here.
Pizzeria · Downtown Ann Arbor · 10 tips and reviews
Edward Vielmetti: A few free parking spaces are out front. We seated 8 easily in the side room, which we had mostly to ourselves, after pushing several tables together. Extensive menu, pizza, sandwiches and salads.
BBQ Joint · Downtown Ann Arbor · 98 tips and reviews
Edward Vielmetti: Friendly service, good food, but slow enough that not everyone was fed by 12:30pm. Somewhat noisy. A good experiment, and good if you had 4 or 6, but not a lunchtime 8.
Edward Vielmetti: The venue gets plus points for good food, plus points for free appetizers, and minus points for ambiance - it was just too noisy to handle a quiet lunch conversation for 13.
Edward Vielmetti: We made a field trip to Dalat in Ypsilanti one year during Art Fair. There's a big round table that seats 8 easily. Food was good but not spectacular, and reasonably priced.

Café · 46 tips and reviews
Edward Vielmetti: I love Beezy's, and it would be easy to seat 8 there. Our Ypsilanti lunch dates are usually smaller than the Ann Arbor ones, so space should not be a problem.

Thai Restaurant · 18 tips and reviews
Edward Vielmetti: Good Thai food in the Ypsi-Arbor demilitarized zone. We seated 6 with ease and could have had 8 but not much more than that. Easy parking and freeway access.

Vegan and Vegetarian Restaurant · West Ann Arbor · 62 tips and reviews
Edward Vielmetti: Good food, but they hadn't completely ramped up lunch service as of 4/2014, and so the lunch was very slow. A nice table for 8 up front. Noisier than I'd like. Try again in 6 months?
