My 1st dinner here & I'm thoroughly impressed! 2 thumbs up on quality, service AND presentation. The smoked rainbow trout w/ Swedish crab salad & quail egg is the way to go for appy (pictured).
There is not a bad item on this menu, nor on the wine list, from what I've tasted so far. Go for the wagyu and blue crab surf and turf paired with a glass of the house white burgundy. Unbelievable.
Standards like eggs Benedict get the Vareli treatment with slow-poached eggs, tomato confit and prosciutto. Owner Amitzur Mor also loves the steak and eggs. Read more
John is the best bartender, He suggested I try my usuall dirty goose martini with Ciroc, very smooth and extremely delicious, also the burgers and grilled octopus is AMAZING!
This is a nice Tel-Aviv style Tapas bar near Colombia U. Food and service were good, and so was the design. If you're around, this would be a cozy option indeed.
Great new addition to the UWS/Columbia area. Great food, wine selection, and service. I really enjoy the small plates and desserts. Bartenders aren't bad either!
New chef. Very overpriced. The lamb roulade, which on paper comes with green peppercorn sauce, was overlooked and lacking any flavor at all. My friend's fluke confit was reportedly better. $70/person.
