Chile Hot - chile and tamales. I get a large order every time. This is a lunch that will fuel you all afternoon. Chile is what has made Varallo's famous since 1907, so do not overlook this.

Nashville's oldest restaurant might be Nashville's friendliest. I just recently discovered their Breakfast Bowls and they are great!

The chili is like that old style chili - plenty of beans and not spicy. They do give you hot sauce and crackers. Yum.

Wow. Chicken biscuit with cheese and bacon was awesome. Great little local breakfast joint.
