    First time coming here, lights were off and the door was locked. Called the owner and he wasn't even there. Forced me to wait outside for an indeterminate amount of time until his arrival. 5 stars.

    Ugh. Food took an inordinate amount of time to get to our table. Lights went out halfway through our stay. I think I saw a bug crawling on my hand. The owner was Asian. 5 stars.
