Really love this place to go and relax. I heard about it on theskedge.com and decided to try it. I brought my book and just sat there for an hour reading while eating my delicious croissant and coffee

love this spot when i’m in the Glendale area. great coffee, drink specials, pastries, outlets, bathroom andddd cute little park across the street. parking not usually a problem

Great caramel latte, nice seasonal coffee options and vegan chocolate. There’s one table and a bench to sit at outdoors.

The Chai is incredible, my fav in LA. Proper masala chai spices. Also their seasonal spiced vanilla latte is delicious
