Bought a defective ipod here. Patchy service. The duty managers - Poh Wen and Luini - are ineffective. Ditto for the customer rep at its service center QCD Tecchnology. Apple must maintain standards.

Just bought the new iMac to add to the other 4 Macs in the Buy1GIVE1 [B1G1] office. Team at Epicentre very cool. iMac (the 27 inch one) even cooler. Also visit Epicentre in Ion just down the underpass

Don't buy the screen protectors for iPhone here. In order to get them to apply the screen protector, you are expected to join the queue at e-serve which is damn stupid!

Waited 4hours just to renew Singtel contract for an iPhone! Long time spent waiting for the staff to query Singtel, get info from us, paperwork and checking stock status. Inefficient but friendly staf

Don't buy a Time Capsule. Mine broke within 18mths. Power supply dead, all data lost. Apple refuse to fix. $750 down the drain!
