Quick service. We found a place to sit and eat our bagels a few blocks away. We had the iced hazelnut coffee and a bacon, egg, and scallion cream cheese on an everything bagel. Yum!
Come early. Or better, band forces and order for a group. B/c that line ain't a joke. But, ohh the whole wheat everything with bacon, egg n cheese is worth it.
Very strong. Just the right amount of crispiness & taste in the bagel, the cream cheese was thick and delicious and the salmon was abundant, fresh and very tasty. A bit salty for my European tastebuds
We had the breakfast sandwich (everything bagel, bacon, egg and cheese) and a bagel with cream cheese, it was all yummy. Quick service and limited seating, really a to go place.
Real New York bagels. They toast and don't skimp on the cream cheese. The freshly squeezed OJ is awesome. They keep the line moving even on super-crowded mornings.
The lox bagels are to die for. The ginormous bagels start crispy at the crust and gradually becomes softer as it goes deeper into the cream cheese/smoked salmon core. Stays true to its namesake!
The bagels are insanely good. The place is rightly named. I've had the California sandwich and a plain bagel with cinnamon raisinwalnutcream cheese. Both were stellar.
Best bagels near Penn Station, hands-down. The lines get crazy during peak hours, but the multi-grain and sesame bagels don't disappoint. They actually listen if you ask for light butter or toasting.
You know it's a good place if it's all locals. In this case, it's all young office professionals in their 20s ordering breakfast bagel sandwiches and gossiping about their work/social lives.
Ham, egg and cheese on an everything toasted Was perfect. Fast service considering a line constantly at about 35 deep. Coffee was good enough. I can’t wait for my next.
I'm a huge bagel person and have tried bagels all over the US. This place is definitely up to par with great bagels. Got the egg bagel - they're my favorite!
Great bagels! Lots of toppings available, but honestly a hot cinnamon raisin bagel with nothing on it really gives you the flavor of the bagel itself - and it's good.
