This has been my favourite place for years. Alcohol is cheap and food is really good. MFT 700.

Multi-cuisine. The rooftop gives a good view. The Cream of Chicken soup is just about okay. The Andhra Roast chicken and the Goan Fish Curry are good, with kulcha and rice respectively.
