Had a wonderful vegetariantasting menu; was happy they accommodated that when booked in advance. I loved the combination of flavours, textures as well as the service and their beautiful ceramics!
Fantastic umami dishes in a minimalistic ambiance. Fresh and seasonal vegetables and mushrooms — so fresh there was a live caterpillar in our salad. Plating is gorgeous and ceramics are artistic.
Speciality includes New Caledonia shrimp with cucumber and watermelon juice, Sonoma duck breast with stone fruit and butterbean puree & Caramelpot de creme with almond streusel and "river rock"
