I like the veggie bowl with Sapporo broth and extra veggies, Thai chilies and a soft boiled egg added. Let the egg sink to the bottom and really soak up the broth before enjoying that tasty morsel.

Sapporo ramen and the mochi ice cream are my favorites! Tiramisu mochi ice cream is amazing. The butter really enhances the flavor of the Sapporo ramen. Sometimes there's a wait, so plan accordingly!

Ramen is Japanese comfort food, which is precisely what Michi serves, along with all the trimmings. Thrill seekers may go for the spicy Jungle Ramen flavored with lemongrass with crisp bean sprouts. Read more

The Ramen is good I like the Jungle it has a nice level of Spice but give the soup a little time to absorb the heat. The Burnt ends are really tender and yummy.

My new favorite restaurant! Love the sapporo! Delicious ramen noodles, buttered corn, woodear mushrooms (great crunchiness). Add spicy (it's moderately spicy; great flavor/texture)

Wow awesome. I went for Jungle Ramen which wasn't very spicy. Definitely add an egg. The burnt ends app was awesomely umami. Good beer too. Can't wait to try a stout broth next time.

Comparable to Ramen Tatsu-ya but with NO WAIT. The broth isn't overly salty and if you're missing a little spice or crunch ask for a side of the Thai peppers, surprisingly sweet! And get mochi!!!!!!!!

This place is legit if you're looking for ramen. Doesn't look welcoming from the outside but don't be deceived, it's a hidden gem! #Sapporo #Dumplings #092014

The calamari and seaweed salad apps are awesome. This place is a hipsters haven but if you can look past that, it's well worth it.

Personal favorite is the original Michi ramen, regular broth, with added ajitama and menma toppings. If you love spicy like me, get the chili oil on the side!

Far more well-curated beer list than you might expect, and a better Japanese bottle & Saké list than you might imagine. Oh. And great ramen too.

The broth of the Michi was very good, order regular if you are not sure. I did not like the pork though, compared to Tatsu-ya's, the pork was not as soft. Overall, a good experience.

Sapporo with stout broth was super tasty and filling. **All the broths seem to heavy on the salty side so expect to drink a lot of water/your beverage of choice.
