Great atmosphere, food, prices and service. Steven was a great server. I had the Chicken and shrimp order with broccoli casserole and carrots. All fantastic. Coming back very soon.
The sweet barbecue ribs & shrimp are excellent. All the food is really good and you can't beat the price for the amount of food you get. Good Food, Good Prices, & Good Service. :^)
Huge portions for low prices. And everything is made fresh!!! I suggest the onion rings for appetizer, chicken salad for meal, and the legendary monster cookie for dessert!
The food is always great but the host staff seems to be always new and never know what they are doing and make people wait longer than they normally should
I only like the big salads and the rolls . The service is okay sometimes. I don't love it. Especially the club sandwich it is too greasy! Never a drink refill offer. Been there 5 times.
Tip hmm that's what HE didn't get! Make sure you get what you order first he brings me the wrong order then when I tell him it was wrong he brought me the same sandwich back with hickory sauce on it..
Food was delicious and portions were large. Prices were more than reasonable. Only downside was food was a little slow in arriving. Note I said just a little, not real bad.
We were seated immediately but waited more than 5 mins to see a server. Had to ask for a new knife bc it was nasty. She explained they aren't washed individually so that happens sometimes..No thanks!
Their famous broccoli casserole is not good at all. Corn is NOT on the cob, and don't get their beer-battered shrimp. Soggy, not fully cooked and no flavor. Had skin on the shrimp under the batter.
Wait is ridiculous, to get a seat and even after. Food is nothing great. Had 7 empty tables & no one being seated. Told it was shift change. This should be seamless. Not on my top 30 to come back.
Really poor service tonight. Bartender didn't know how to make Bloody Mary, 45 min wait to be seated and another 30 minutes before waiter brought salads
Worst customer service ever! Waited over an hour for a salad. We asked for the manager on three occasions and on one was told he was cooking in the kitchen.
