It's modern, comfortable and quiet if you have a garden side room. Location is good on the road from airport to city center, lots of buses and trams. Also has a pool and sauna (included).
Compare to other Radisson Blu, this hotel is very dark and heavy designed. Rooms are too hit for my taste but the staff is amazing and helpful. One of the best breakfasts offering in Warszaw's hotels
We arrived 9h before the check in and were provided a business class room right away for the price of the normal room we reserved! Very fast Internet, polite staff, excellent breakfast.. Recommended!
Room 262 has no wifi reception unless you're next to the front door. First 30 mins in, random guest opens my door, seems like they had a mixup and have room access to two guests. First impressions?
I wouldn't recommend. Instead of double bed we got 2 single beds moved together and 2 very small blankets. Thermostat was not working properly for 2 nights. TV had wires coming out (not working).
While I understand Covid hit hotels hard, this isn't up to Radisson standards: room hasn't been cleaned or aired, staff doesn't speak English well enough and is rude, fridge & towel rack are broken.
Even though the hotel is in a good location for public transit connections and the rooms are decent, the service is so ridiculously bad. Makes me not want to come back.
Плохой отель, спортзал стремный, есть только беговая дорожка, в номерах холодно зимой, одеялки как для деток в садике - маленькие и холодные. Ванна не закрывается и при неосторожном движении открывает
