If you're flying a OneWorld airline like British Airways, you can use the Cathay lounge at E20. It is much better. (But pick up a red bean bun before you go.)

Reception staff are so so, but the ladies from the pantry are really nice. Food is good. Shower must have been here even before the airport was constructed :-/

Free wifi service is very bureaucratic and frustrating & keeps dropping out & having to re-enter usernames & passwords. Very irritating

live cooking soup noodle and Buffet are OK. not realy crowded the day off. small and clear Beverage and Buffet offering.

Food options 1.5 years ago are still the same as today. Curry noodles, carrot cake, and subpar dim sum. Is this recycled food?

If you have access to any other lounge then I would try that first. The other lounge is pretty certain to be better

Agree. Basic. Don't bother. Not looking forward to my second visit but have no choice as it is the Lounge British Airways uses for Business/First. 1/10

One World Enrich Platinum not allowed to use First Class despite MAS advertising it regardless of service flown on that day. Not sure who is not honest - MAS or BGS?

Очень хорошо! По сравнению с жадными lounge-залами США и Европы, здесь - просто аттракцион щедрости! Безлимитный алкоголь, вкусная еда (включая горячее!) и десерты. Плюс ПРЕКРАСНЫЙ интерьер и комфорт.

Wifi 가 별로 빠르진 않음.. 많지 않지만 벽에 220v 꼽을 수 있는 콘센트가 있음.
