Never miss the superb dancing fountain at 7 in the evening located at Plaza Salcedo Lagoon. This attraction is the first of its kind in the country!! ^_^

Calle Crisologo is a must sightseeing area. Empanada, Bagnet, Puqui-Puqui, Longganisa are some of the food you must try.

Calle Crisologo is a UNESCO world heritage site, but is poorly maintained and run down. It is swamping with souvenir shops and very touristy. Only Hotel Luna makes going to Vigan worths it

Always wanted to see Vigan and it did not disappoint. Wasn't able to see the streets at night but I'm sure it would have been even more beautiful. Here's a post I front of an old church instead.

The capital of Ilocos Sur. Hidden Garden, Age-old Pottery, Baluarte, and Heritage Village are worthy checking out.

Nice place! Medieval-like atmosphere; cobbledstone roads and horse-drawn carriages are common sights here..

Take time to check local hotels & restos while walking through the heritage village streets

Great heritage site. Will certainly come here again. ;-)

Old Town charm. Only non motorised horse cart carriage allowed on the cobblestones street.

Don't forget to drop by Calle Crisologo, and bask at the wonder of old Spanish era houses.
