It doesn't matter how early you make an appointment, this place is NEVER on time! Last time (first appointment) I waited 55 minutes in the waiting room, then another 20 minutes before I saw a doctor.

If you have all day to sit in the waiting room because your appointment doesn't start on time, then this is the office for you.
