Definitely a must go. You can rent a golf cart and travel across the island in 3-4 hours. City center offers a lot of good restaurants and souvenir shops. Do not miss the ancient ruins.

Be sure to rent a golf cart and explore the island. Look for one out of the Hidalgo avenue and you can get it for MXN$700, some accept credit cards but will charge you extra 5-7%.
Much to explore on this little island. Rent a golf cart - you can literally drive the whole island in an hour but 1/2 day felt too short. Full day/overnight trip next time!
