Very good value for reasonable price. Double room is small but enough. Wi-fi in second building often gets disconnected. Extremely clean!

Wifi connection is excellent! There are two blocks, the lounge in the extension block is small, but it's still equipped with a kitchen with two stoves and a fridge.

Bus no. 206 hits Kyoto Station, near K's House (at the corner of Shichijo-dori and Kawaramachi-dori) and the corner near the Gion district (by Yasaka Shrine)!

Lovely staff, clean and very quiet. The small cafè makes cheap and good dishes. Relaxing mood.

To be honest, compared to Asakusa's K's House, the staffs here are a bit snobbish and less helpful. Also I think it loses some of the "backpacker" feel since it got bigger, but still good nevertheless

Not quite the same personal atmosphere as K's House Tokyo but it's very clean, comfortable and cheap. The pressure shower is great too!

Take bus no 4 from kyoto station and stop at nanajo kawaramuchi cross the road to shichi-jo dori street it is on your left side cost 220 yen

Really more like an informal hotel/nice student dorm complex than a hostel. Same price as a decent hostel though, friendly and helpful staff. Very recommended. Not at all traditional though.

It's great that you can stay at the lounge before checkin and after checkout. The same thing applies to leaving your baggage.

Avoid the breakfast, eggs were soupy and potatoes were raw. The bar can be fun at night.

Buen precio. La habitación doble más pequeña de todo nuestro viaje a Japón. Personal seco y sin ambiente hostel. Cocina y baños por lo general sucios.
