Been here 25+ times
This place has been very friendly and helpful even when they are busy. We seem to be here weekly to fix my son's glasses because he keeps bending them.

Every time I call to make an appt they put me on hold forever!!!! They're not very nice either.

This place has the worst customer service - EVER. I don't know why people keep coming back. I wish America's Best would get this location under control. Ridiculous.

This place has terrible service. Was supposed to get contacts after 3-5 business days and it took them three weeks and they didn't even call to let us know they were in!
