The food court was amazing! Get a lot of food for your money. The cast members were absolutely amazing, they made the vacation. Leave a tip for the maid, you might get a little something extra. :)
We've stayed in all of the "all star" resorts but pop century is by far our favorite! The food is good, gift shop has lots of stuff, buses are quick and pools are big, & the cast members are friendly.
Great rooms and amenities for the price you pay. Remember it's a VALUE resort people, not a 5 star hotel. Be sure to walk over the bridge and check out the Art of Animationresort!
We return home to Disney 3-4 times a year. This is a value resort and is a great resort to save money, especially if you are going to be at the parks all day. A perfect place to put your head.
Please keep in mind this is a value RESORT. You aren't paying just for a room, you pay for resortamenities. Personally I love the free transportation, wonderful Cast Members and pools!
Ask for a room closer to the main building and the best resort for less money also it's the only resort with its own bus to every single park so it helps with time. :)
If the food doesn't suit you take a walk across the bridge of hourglass lake, and check out the great food at the art of animation food court! Short walk, and much tastier options!
Totally different experience 😍😁 Rooms are a bit small but clean neat and they provide a room service 👍🏼 one of the reasons which I recommend Pop Century is the Skyliner which goes to Epicot☺️
Not sure why everyone is complaining about the WiFi. It works great! The key is to know there are two different networks to connect to: one for your rooms and one for the common areas.
Definitely a fun resort to stay in with its whimsical buildings and extraordinary facilities. Pools here are of various unique shapes: flower, bowling pin and computer monitor.
Before we became dvc we stayed twice, I loved the theme, we loved how the buses were, food court was good, pools were great! I also loved the centralized location it had to the parks!
Great place to stay. Has dedicated bus no sharing with other hotels. As for it being loud. Im here at the end of summer crowd index 8 ot of 0 and its not bad at all. Of course im on 4th floor
Make sure you check your magic bands for charging privileges BEFORE you head to the parks. Could save a lot of headache upon arrival to park! Also be sure to check everyone's bands on the door! :)
Ask for a preferred room. It will minimize your walk to the bus stop. It is a small add'l cost but you will thank me later for a shorter walk to you room at the end of an exhausting day in the parks.
If you're going to the Beach Club or the Boardwalk for dinners or Jellyrolls, take the bus from Pop to Hollywood Studios and then take the boat to the Boardwalk! Soooo much faster than the buses!
Take the bridge and walk over to Disney's Art of Animation for a wider variety of food options at Landscape of Flavors food court. Try one of the create-your-own items.
great hotel considering it's a value resort, staff are super friendly & it was always clean. take a walk around the hotel aswell, lots of things to see!
this resort is perfect for a cheap trip especially if you're a college student. The rooms are small but perfect for two people. The food is also really good.
I like that all the resorts have free wifi now. Connection isn't always great, but its better than when you had to pay to use the Internet. Made it easy to check in to our flight home.
Perfect resort for college kids like myself - comfy beds for crashing at night, and buses to get you wherever you need to go! My favorite value resort.
Great value! Beds are super comfortable and the decor on the grounds is great. Giant everything!! Small rooms, but who cares, you're just sleeping here while not at the park.
Also ..make sure if you get the 60s and you want quiet , make sure you're facing the lake . Ours was and was so happy about it . Didn't hear any noise . The pools are open all night
Thank you bus drivers, I don't think it's said enough. Especially seeing, on this past trip, what you have to go through on a daily basis. So, thank you!
Great resort for the price, and the food isn't bad for a value resort. Way better than the all star resorts, especially because there is only one bus stop compared to three.
