The Underground hosts the most hard rock acts, & can get so humid with the pulse of dueling guitars and growls, it's a wonder the graffiti scrawled across the concrete walls hasn't melted off by now. Read more
I really like this venue. Alot of complaints from others about it being too stuffy inside for other concerts but it was fine tonight. Not hot or stuffy at all.
For all those who complain it's to hot there are a lot of bodies in there during a concert so this happens. Other than that this place is awesome and they spray you down afterwards ha
The Nile was recently approved for a liquor license! http://www.phoenixnewtimes.com/music/the-nile-theater-in-mesa-finally-gets-a-liquor-license-7473638
one of the most legendary venues in az. bands such as blink 182, something corporate, etc... have played @ this venue. great sound and floor size. stage just short enough for an intimate setting.
Come by tomorrow night and also the following evening for a night of heavy metal and rock and roll by myself with Asking Alexandria and a bunch of our friends.
Another good standing room venue. Be sure to have a plan for after the show; security doesn't let you stick around for very long once the show is over, especially not in the alley behind the venue.
Just informed that one must pay for the privilege of reentry. Recommend you try any other option before seeing a show here. I downgrade my previous opinion to FAIL
Don't forget to dress in your summer gear as it's hotter than hell down here! Also, do not wear make-up because you will eventually sweat it off & have wasted your time.
Nothing good I can possibly say about this venue. I don't know why I support this place. Typically wont come unless guest listed. Bands should never book shows here.
