So I stopped here today to find change in my car for the toll into pa. As I pull up to the lot there is a car what looks like leaving but sees me and decides to pull into a spot and starts watching me

It's actually a spacious and decent place to view the Delaware Water Gap and everything in between. There are a lot of strange people who don't know how to drive here. Be careful.
