Terminal E

Long layover at DFW? There are comfortable couches which can serve as sleeping cots in Terminal E. Just get some headphones and a sleep mask to block out the noise and light!

The only best places to eat are Dickey's and Machu Wok. If you want to try other places, take the SkyLink train to nearby Terminal C, but remember to allow time to get back to your gate!

Some of the gate seats are equipped with power poles, power strips behind the seats and comfy leg rests. Grab some grub, fire up the laptop and get comfy!

If you plan on parking in the terminal garage, enter from the arrivals level (upper level) since there's plenty of parking

E16 is the dedicated TSA pre and Clear. If you are taking UA it might be easier to take the regular security check at E10.

Not sure who the Eagles fan is that's controlling the TV's. You should turn on the Cowboys game or move. They have a great airport up there. :)

TSA Pre is only in E15. But they will give you a yellow card for priority screening. Shoes and jacket can be left on. But your Lappy has to come out.

Virgin gates are 33 and 34 but ticketing/bag check is at gate 15 so look for Virgin on the entrance to save a long walk

BBQ is so good at Dickey's--suggest potato salad and fried okra with sweet tea=yummy happiness :)

Genghis Grill is the best eatery in the E18-E38 side of the terminal.

Always make sure whoever picks u up knows the gate number u r coming in!!! Got lost trying to find the correct terminal!!

Don't eat the Freshens, bartenders at Uno Due Go are wicked nice, and there's actually a hidden bird's nest in the terminal!

Gotta love United at DFW. Unlike AA, just a couple of gates, easy access, no line at security. And a Continental President's Club (free alcohol & chesse) right there!

There wasn't a frequent flier line for expedited screening which could have seriously put a ding in my travel plans if I had been counting on my Silver Elite status to get me through quickly.

Really clean part of it is under construction but really nice terminal.

Security near the United gates is usually backed up and has closed pre-check lanes.

Continental was great n on time. Clean, peaceful & relaxn.Security is very fast & non-problematic.

In summer travel, get here early! Security line is loooooooong!! Even for a 6am flight...

Free WiFi, plenty of outlets, TVs and comfy chairs. DFW...you win.

This is a good terminal to be in if you’re flying spirit or United or Delta. Otherwise not so much.

I don't know what the other people are talking about ? Tsa and everyone at terminal E was fast and friendly.

The cleanest, quietest restrooms are at gate E38. They're especially handy when you've gotta shit before a long flight.

Virgin now using gates 18-20 so use that door when arriving at the airport

If you are coming in via the North side, construction abounds. Allow a lot of extra time for detours, jams & wrecks.

Security generally quick but Sat mornings are pretty full. But now DFW has free wi-fi!

Lounge chairs in the terminal but bring a jacket because it's freezing!!!

The men's bathroom needs more action. Kind of boring when a senator can tap his foot and find a cute cop but all I found was one on those Segway scooters. I feel cheated. LoL!

frontier is the best; and fly it to denver this summer cause denver summer weather is 10x better than here !

Stuck working outside of security? There are tables and 4 outlets next to the Chase ATM by the E37 carrousel.

US airways better than American airlines. Plane ride was great

Fairly painless security, not as many stores and eateries as most DFW terminals, but enough.

This terminal sucks. It’s a 15-minute run from the main part. And American is never on time so don’t count on making connections from here or to here.

I despise AirTran airways. Beyond hate them. Their customer service is the bottom of the barrel. They always will ruin a good trip with their ineptitude.

If you are in terminal E, go sit in the Get Comfy section by gate E32.

AA agents were friendly and helpful. Very easy to navigate from term to term

Easiest security & most friendly TSA officers!

You have to walk through a maze to get to Spirit...avoid. Fly anyone else.
