I just love the new Emergency room!!! Your own private room, not to mention service have really improved. 20 minute in the waiting room....within 15 minutes I was seen by a physician. Great job!!!

Apparently the maternity ward is award winning. If you are coming in with a bullet wound, or some other malady, this may not be the first thing that comes to mind. The redo may help it's current rep.

Come 2 hrs early for any appointment: Pediatrics, neurology,prenatal care,wic.etc because they take forever! No matter what even the ER. You will be waiting 8hrs like a real job for an appointment.

While the doctors and nurses are excellent the wait time for the ortho clinic is often longer then the wait time for emergency room.

People give this hospital a bad rep but its as good as any other hospital they save as many lives as they can

It's a hit or miss with the staff at Ron Brown. Today I guess that everyone is hungry OR THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO ACT WHEN SOMEONE IS POLITE TO THEM! I don't want to be called while in the bathroom ?

It's always a line. If u come early or late you will still be in the clinic for hours

Pediatric waiting room bathroom is the cleanest. Make sure you lock the door or else have a tiny tot interrupt your tinkle or a mommy mistake you for a trashcan for her kids dirty diaper lol

If you get on elevator with someone with no shoes just stay calm. Lol
