Yes, staff here is not very friendly or kind. I still LOVE the food and it's a good place for meeting friends for coffee and a sweet treat

Been here 10+ times
This particular location is practically run by high school girls. Last time I was there, they all had their friends there visiting while they worked. They were obnoxious and it was unprofessional.
