I’ve paid two renewal fees in less than six months time. I always feel out of place here these days, the service is made to feel as if you’re wasting their time. Costco is right down the street.

Third time in 2 years running my member ship I’m told is expired. I paid to renew back in March 2018 but did not have the receipt. For reasons baffling to me, they have. 0 data on my membership info.
