Good hospital,friendly Dr and staffs compared to most of the private hospitals in Msia

Rerun for test result in biopsy. All good. Service very swift and efficient - all done up in 30 minutes. You can never expect this service at SJMC, not in a million years! Will stop visiting SJMC now

The hospital has many employees assisting visiting patients to their locations. Really feels like valued customers as all should feel. Service was rendered promptly and efficiently. Highly recommended

Emergency- dr. Abdul Faatir is super cool. ER staff is friendly and helping. Admission bit slow but acceptable. Need to consider way to minimize forms to fill up. Cat A hospital. Can improve more.

Been here many times over the past couple of years. Although expensive, I'm still satisfied with the services I've got. Best doctors I had were Dr. Ravi and Dr. Suresh George!

The security guards are very nice, friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to let outstation family members visit the ICU beyond the prescribed visiting hours. Thank you!

Dr.ravi the neurosurgeon and Dr. Suresh George the ortho surgeon is really very good doctors and always booked with appointments. Make sure do ur appointments in advance!

Dr Kuoy Cheng Boon was my ENT surgeon. The tall chinese nurse in his clinic not friendly and very ‘bitchy’ attitude. Admission food was ok.Nurse in tower C 4th floor need more training for line poking

Have great service! Dr. Usha and Dr. Paul's wonderful specialists and have nice bedside manners. Great environment. Rates are expensive, but worth it if you're not in for the common cold!

Well facilitated and modern hospital, staff could improve their attitude while working more, got myself some trouble picking up the medicines and they just blaming each other

Strict but very kind Dr Jason Lim (O&G). Very attentive even with my financial concern. Gave birth to my twins here. Csect, 3Nights deluxe single, paed & Dr Lim, all in less than 5 figures.

Friendly staff..professional..easy access.. convenient parking area. Dr Robert Jalleh is one of my fav medical consultant (surgeon).

I was requested them to write down my detail and all my medical record first for today visit then update to the system later however they still insist ask me come back later

U guys need to take this oath everyday to remind yourselves what u r doctors for...

They clean toilets on every floor at same time, so there will be if u unlucky and need 2 go, hehe. Ask nurse 2 use ward toilet.

Ms Rani of registration counter is very friendly and helpful. Never have I met such helpful staff in all hospital i visited.

Dr Hyzan is the best and friendly doctor. The way he treat the patient just like friend..like him so much!!

Highly recommended gynaecologist - Dr Wong Chin Yuan. He looked after me very well. No wonder he received the most complimented doctor award for customer service!

Surau is at Level 4. Landmark-Hospital convention centre. No direct access from ward.

Parking not easy to find, make sure to be on time for appointment

two clinic assistants with the two doctors there was rejected my visit due to the system down and ask me to come back after 1 hr.

In reply to simon's allegations in April . Patient had ectopic pregnancy and required emergency life saving surgery. She refused treatment. I was only trying to save her life.

Medical officers are well mannered, maintenance are good too.

Quite surprised that the A&E bill inclusive of x-ray, consult and medication is less than 300. So much cheaper than SJMC!

If they know that you are on a medical insurance they will whack u to the max
