Olympic size pool, sauna and steam room and jacuzzi, and all for drop in fee of only $6! This is a great place to escape for the day during the winter.

Go before 3:30pm or after 8pm if you want to have a little bit of peace and quiet from the kids

There are many loud obnoxious people in the gym around 7:30...try to get there between 5-7

Go around 7 pm as the gym is not that busy and it is peaceful
