    I like their recycling program they have for electronics. Don't shop here too often as I can always find better prices online.

    Do your research before you go ... Staff can be helpful, just not very knowledgeable. If you know what you want, just ask where it is ... Unless you just came to browse for hours.

    For whatever reason, this particular location often has stock of gaming items before other ones. Just got the Rock Band 3 keyboard from them.

    This location has consistently horrible customer service. Thank goodness 'm tech savvy enough to limit my questions to "where is, or do you have in stock" - which they still struggle to answer.

    Customer service desk is becoming a joke..bunch pimple face teens talking about the latest album with their buddies as they chew gum..wake up BB. People don't spend 1000's of $$ for this BS

    Beware of the members only sale. Hard to tell what's on sale, the staff is not clear about it. And the cashiers don't have the deets in their system. Weird.
