It's Best Buy. Store has always treated me well, taken my money, and smiled. Buy all my major electronics here simply because of the worry free warranty. So, get the warranty!

If the item that you've bought is still in warranty, bring it back as soon as possible to Geek Squad for servicing. They will surely get the work done but don't expect it to be fixed on time.

I know this is covered. But seriously I had to get a new computer and they messed it up when they transferred the information. now I have to wait two weeks to get another appointment for them to fix.

The associates are extremely unhelpful. You have to come up to them and ask for help, majority of them don't know seem to know the answer. They only help out if you're trying to buy a huge TV.

Waited at Geek squad for 20 minutes to be served - Bought a warranty on my computer - paid extra - 3 week turn around - making my kid fix it instead

Employees are extremely unhelpful. I sat in the middle of the store for 5-10 min waving my hands around and no one helped me. Not sure what happened, but the staff has really gone downhill. #NoHelp

Don't order online and pick up in store, they'll lose your order and make you wait 30 minutes while they look for it.
