In the context of its location, these rooms are pretty nice. Location itself in the city is awesome. The staff though is what makes this hotel phenomenal
Best place to stay in the winter and perhaps otherwise as well. They give cookies when you check in and they are super delicious! The rooms are very cozy; a bit on the smaller side though.
We enjoy our time at the hotel, its very small but we didn't stay long aT the hotel during the day so really it doesn't matter. We fell in love with the bathroom, it was the best part.
For my first lodging experience here, I was quite pleased and satisfied. The rooms are compact, but not unexpected for a NYC hotel. The serivce was above average and good.
Tiny rooms but clean, nicely furnished and well taken care of. The fitness center and business center are great!! But are located in a raper basement LOL
Hilton Diamond member: 2 elevators only (can take a while), housekeeping keeps forgetting to leave clean towels, thin walls, etc.... Times square double tree bigger n better
Free fucking cookies at front desk. Rooms are small, but hey, it's NYC. Nice pillows. Disappointed with the ketchup and salt. Room was very hot. Can't turn off this vent thing. ROCK ON.
What? To get internet on both laptop & mobile, you have to pay for each. Big chain gouging. At hip, inexpensive mid-Manhattan hotel I stayed before, internet was free (though not high speed).
Clean & comfy. Convenient if you need to crash a night near Penn Station / MSG. But rooms are small & elevators are PAINFULLY slow. Would not recommend an extended stay here.
Very affordable! Rooms are standard size for NYC but they don't come with the high price tag. A high floor facing 29th St gives you a pretty nice view of the ESB.
travel a lot, stay here often. Rooms are always clean. Standard NYC size. Elevators are slow at peak times. I take stairs a lot. If you are in NYC, why are you eating here expecting high quality food?
