Call the valet for your car 10-15 minutes before you need it. They do have a "rush" hour here in the mornings, so avoid the wait. Great folks, just overwhelmed at times.Upvote4Downvote
Simone ShepherdApril 7, 2014Stayed on the concierge level and the service was exceptional. Quick maid service and prompt assistance. Has airport shuttle as well as mall shuttle to and for.

I was sick and the house cleaner left an extra box of tissues by the bed. Sweet staff, really seem to care about the people staying here. Don't forget to tip well for great service :)
