A very formal and highly ambitious restaurant. The $70 4-course tasting menu (which also includes an amuse bouche and a "pre-dessert") lets you try more of this chef's high-flying gastronomic tricks.
Generous portions and a ton of variety on the tasting menu. Docked a couple points for supplementary charges on numerous menu options but the food was incredible. Plating was top notch.
Crudo flavours were great and the salted tart delicious but the halibut was dry. $80 tasting menu not quite worth the trip given the expensivecocktails and quiet atmosphere. Expect to pay > $100 pp.
No me gustó. El servicio arrogante (host) y malo. La comida nada memorable. Entre plato y plato, se tardaban mas de 40 min. Si quieres una verdadera experiencia culinaria, ve a Mermelade!
