Back again and still think this is the BEST ramen ever!!! reminds me of the Chicken ramen I had in Kyoto and Tokyo!

Chicken soup base is very refreshing amongst the Pork Bone soup base in Hong Kong, you can choose thin or thick noodles to go with your broth and the charsiu is chicken instead of pork.

The little sister of Kamitora in Amoy St, serving ramen with a chicken broth. Nice change from the many pork broth shops.

The chicken broth is good, service was good, but not something I’d want more than once. Loved the presentation, delicious fried lotus.
