Ailie ChangMay 13, 2016Exchange currency at the hotel reception desk to be safe. The ATM outside the hotel gave out fake cash! The lobby and rooms are so beautiful and modern. Downfall is they need more elevators!- MaiNovember 16, 2012Great breakfast buffet. Free fruit and bottled water everyday in my room. Din Tai Feng is next door. Many options for dining and shopping nearby. Free wifi for Marriott Rewards members.

I love JW Marriott Hotel and I love the breakfast and the smell when you entered in. It's one of my fav. Staff is friendly.
Checkout "Nobu" restaurant here for great sushi! The steakhouse restaurant is very, very good! Managed by executive chef, Bruno Correa.

SawSiân ChinOctober 29, 2012Extremely good service- housekeeper kept a glass for me as I left half-empty bottle of water at bedside.
The food is very good... But do not get the Thai Mango Salad. It was not very pleasant.
The check in is really slow, staff don't recognize gold and platinum members. People don't queue up instead they just mobbed around the reception desk. They have very nice lounge and room.
The buffet is fabulous, but not sure about Tikka Masarla for brekky!

JohnOctober 28, 2011Ok for a JW but more inline with regular Marriott's. Check in was a mess, not friendly, and took way longer than should have.
