It was raining and they expected us to sit at the outdoor area with wet tables and ponded floors. Reservation is completely useless. The food was decent though.
Stalls don't sell the same item for the same price. Lotus seeds can be 300k/kg here and 250k/kg there. Don't always buy your stuff at the very first stall you visit. Do ur market research first!
Expect really thick and chocolatey drinks from here. With cocoa beans homegrown in Vietnam, Maison prides itself in their products and serves high quality (and priced) chocolate desserts.
One word to describe the food here: pretty. They serve fancy dishes at higher than usual prices. Pretty to see, average tastes. Not a "must" to visit and definitely not the "best".
Op La consists of the baguette and a hot plate of eggs and various meats. It's basically a deconstructed banh mi! Good to try.
Anything in Vietnam can be an attraction. Even a drain. It's quite an experience walking barefoot (yes, no shoes) on muddy water. Careful of rocks at some parts of the stream. Walk where you can see.
Typical seafood restaurant in Mui Ne selling all kinds of food (read: turtles and Cobras). Great selection of seafood grills anyhow. Yummy.
This hotel is new and the rooms are quite amazing. No funky smell. Room service was not done to perfection though.
Had the pho bo. Quality was quite normal, not amazing. Probably just famous for having an ex-president visit the place.
Cool, chill place atop a busy street. Entrance may be hard to find. Just know that the entrance is not under the clock tower, it is around the corner along the main road.
Probably wasn't named until after the Anthony Bourdain's visit. Other stalls will serve you their dishes once you're seated but you can refuse them. Price seem to vary if you're a foreigner. (40k)
A nice place with really intriguing architecture. Try going off the beaten path for an adventure.
Dubious looking street side stall where you have no idea where they brought the juices out from but they are AMAZING. Keeps you going back for more.
