Busy as busy can be , very loud as well , I would have loved to get a breakfast burrito but unfortunately it wasn't available, next time inshallah

Such a shame that Urth hire people like Harry/dth to serve people with impolite attitude, he is repeating evth &say r u sure? Voila! The general manager is a plus here! He is really good. Go for iced Spanish latte, Millfillue, chocolate cake -the one with powder on top- 😍👌🏼- 5/ I requested the manager, and he surprised me by saying that he is!!! What the hell is that? Experiencing this rudeness twice is a clear case of mismanagement of customer experience!
