Bistrot classics are well done - but I found the more adventurous dishes to be over ambitious. Still a nice addition to Valencia especially if you like sea urchin.

A bit underwhelmed here. My mom makes better deviled eggs. Cocktails had nice presentation but lacked flavorful taste. The urchin dish was ok. Oh and the service was poor and inattentive.
