- CITY GRITAugust 1, 2014Located in the heart of downtown, the historic train station turned hotel lobby took our breath away. An antique façade, modern interior, and luxury amenities make this a dynamite spot.
- Alexandra PrevidiDecember 31, 2015A grand, historic hotel - if a bit traditional for my typically modern tastes - this former train station is in a perfect downtown location for those seeking proximity to Broadway's sights/honky tonks
- MarlanaNovember 28, 2018I love this place! Very friendly staff. Oh and the beds! It felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. I woke up so refreshed -hit the gym -FYI: I enjoyed the gym. I will be back for sure. A++++Upvoted Sep 17
- Jeff BowenSeptember 9, 2017Cool lobby with lots of soft seating and a few cool old books about Nashville. Good place to do some reading. Free, but very slow Wi-Fi ("AUTOGRAPH_Lobby" network).
- Nicholas ZahnJune 21, 2019Some beautiful old growth magnolias grow along the building near the tracks. Walk around on the concrete patio to check them out.
- Beautiful hotel and a very friendly staff. Must see in Nashville.
- Leland BrewsterSeptember 25, 2015Excellent job preserving an historic building but the rooms are starting to show their age a bit. With a good deal, definitely try it out but, at full price, I'd look elsewhere.
- Such a beautiful and unique historic site. The rooms on the fifth floor are awesome and spacious
- AT&TSeptember 16, 2011Another great reason to stay here: AT&T Wi-Fi is one of the many amenities here for guests. It’s fast and easy to connect.

- Antonello LoddoApril 5, 2022If you are in a tour of Nashville don't skip this hotel! Lobby is beautiful
- Vivek SurtiAugust 30, 2011Go to the bar at Prime 108, hang out with Kasey, and get a root beer float. Hint: it's not the same drink you had as a kid!

- Scott AtkinsonMarch 20, 2013For some great food outside the hotel, but close by, be sure to hit Flyte!
- Welcome to the coolest hotel in Nashville. The pillows are awesome.
- Brad Eldridge-SmithMarch 5, 2011Hotel bar serves bleu cheese stuffed olives in their martinis... and they are fantastic.
- Kevin BannonDecember 6, 2010When you check into your room, check ASAP to see if you are on the side facing the train tracks. If so, DO NOT stay in that room! The trains are so loud! I only got 3 hrs sleep.
- It is no joke the tip someone left about housekeeping being relentless. They came to my door twice this morning. First at 8:20a then at 9a. OK, OK. I'm leaving!
- Avoid the rooms by the train tracks - they are loud all night.
