Top Dog in Berkeley is my Bay Area baseline for great hot dogs, and while Underdog is a bit more expensive, and the buns aren't as good, the quality and flavor of their sausages are just a bit better!

Love the kombucha varieties, tater tots, and vegan potato salad (you'll never know its not mayo but you'll feel so much better.) Long live Underdog!

Brian StraussFebruary 10, 2016Decent dogs. Homemade kraut is tasty. Fifty cent PBR's after 5 pm!! What??- Make sure to spend a little time shooting the shit with the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly here :)
- Whoo hoo,they'll be serving craft beer soon. Can't wait for their beer + wine license to go through.
- They sell single serving cans of kombucha. Delicious on green tea-lemon or original flavors.
