Servjng was decent. Tonkotsu broth (as of 07/12) was thin and watery. Comes with bean sprouts which is a rarity among other, more authentic tonkotsu ramen. Chasiu was fatty and ok. Not recommended.
You can get your burgers in a gluten free bun here, the burger and chips are amazing probably the best I've had
