- Early morning workouts are the best. Not crowded and plenty of machines available.
- Michael SanchezJuly 15, 2013Mostly cardio machines and the weight machines are inferior. The free weight section is small. If you are a serious workout buff then this gym is not for you. Max Fitness and Gold's Gym are better.
- New location is open. Newer machines and more working tvs. Lets hope everything is maintained!
- Be polite. Always wipe down your equipment. Even if you didn't sweat.
- There are 0 squat racks. I use the military press for squats ;-)
